Job description:

This position is for a mid to high level, non-management application developer. The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years programming and application development experience in a professional environment. This person will design, build, test and maintain Web-enabled products to meet specific customer requirements using a variety of programming languages, databases and development tools. This person must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently, under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
Work with clients, as well as internal department representatives to develop and write functional requirements, database schemas and detailed system specifications.
Develop a design model that is appropriate for the client's environment and budget; create detailed task lists and develop accurate labor estimates. 
Program custom applications using a variety of development tools; write clean, commented code.
Work within production version control guidelines for managing application files in development.
Test each solution against requirements to ensure proper performance and efficiency guidelines are met.
